Pages, apps, or videos selling “working GTA 6 cheats,” generators, or extra downloads are fake — often recycled GTA 5 codes. Do not enter account details or install anything to “unlock” cheats. If a real single-player list appears after launch, it will go here.

Digital pre-orders can start pre-loading at local midnight on 12 November 2026. The physical edition is a download code in the box, not a disc; Rockstar says those boxes are meant to be available from 12 November so you can redeem and preload. Redeem the code on the console account that will play. Leave extra free storage — Rockstar has not posted a final install size. Confirm the download in PlayStation Store or Microsoft Store, not a random “GTA 6 preload” site.

An Extended Look shows instant swaps when Jason and Lucia are together — for example driver vs passenger in a chase — and a short GTA 5-style transition when they are apart. Rockstar North’s Rob Nelson has said story beats can lock you to one of them, force a swap, or leave switching open. That is single-player, not co-op. Treat it as a preview of systems, not a mission walkthrough.

The official showcase puts a sixth wanted star back in play (it was absent in GTA 5). Police blips are not sitting on the minimap — you use Focus to pick them up, while the map flashes. Heat can remember face, clothes, and vehicle, so outrunning a chase may not be enough if they still recognize you. Pack a change of clothes; do not expect a published money or wanted cheat before launch.
The state is Leonida, with a new Vice City at the center. Rockstar’s public artwork already names Leonida Keys, Port Gellhorn, Ambrosia, Grassrivers, and Mount Kalaga National Park. Use those stills on this page. Ignore “GTA 6 map download,” trainer, or PC-build links — there is no day-one PC version, and this fan site does not host game files.
